My professional Journey

Exploring the Intersection of Biotechnology, Innovation, and Education

My career is a mosaic of initiatives and projects that reflect my passion for transforming the biotechnology landscape and empowering others to harness its potential. From designing programs that demystify cutting-edge biotechnologies for policymakers to building networks that connect emerging leaders across Latin America, my work has always been about driving impact and creating opportunities.

With over a decade of experience in strategic partnerships, fundraising, and STEM education, I’ve worked across Latin America, North America, and Europe, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to tackle challenges in biotechnology and education. Whether it’s developing initiatives to bridge knowledge gaps or fostering ecosystems for innovation, I focus on crafting solutions that make a difference.

As a co-founder and CEO, I spearhead initiatives that connect, inspire, and educate young leaders across Latin America. I lead efforts to build a robust community of over 350 young leaders from 18 countries, organizing events and learning experiences that empower them to take active roles in the bio-revolution. My work involves crafting strategic partnerships and fostering a supportive network for bioentrepreneurs.

As an advisor for the United Nations University's Biotechnology for Latin America and the Caribbean Program (UNU-BIOLAC), I develop and curate educational materials and strategies for capacity building in emerging biotechnologies. My work focuses on enhancing the understanding and implementation of biotech applications across Latin America and the Caribbean, fostering sustainable development through innovative educational approaches.
